Underground & Aboveground services, Property

Grassmaster Acreage Mowing & Slashing shall not be held liable for any claims in respect of damage to underground services unless you (our customer), or the person acting on your behalf, has confirmed with the relevant Authority the location of underground services. We must be notified of their exact location before commencing work which will be recorded on our agreement if a written agreement is applicable.

Grassmaster Acreage Mowing & Slashing shall not be liable for any claims in respect of damage to property where such property consists and/or has underground services such as water pipes, irrigation systems or cables and any ground or above ground level item which may be concealed or camouflaged such as garden hoses, water taps and pipes shrubs and bushes or any erected item other than the dwelling and items left on the ground.

Grassmaster Acreage Mowing & Slashing shall not be liable for any claims in respect of damage to property to turf, trees, shrubs and bushes, garden beds, paving and/or concrete driveways and walkways from lawn mowing, slashing, whipper snipping, hedging or any gardening maintenance works.

The customer in signing the agreement or making a verbal arrangement  between the customer and Grassmaster Acreage Mowing & Slashing hereby agrees to indemnify Acreage Mowing Service and/or their agents against any liability claim.
